Several elements are taken into account: planning, meetings, and operations.<br \/>\n\u2022 To empower each person working on the site.<br \/>\n\u2022 To optimise work site flows: saving time, avoiding delays, etc.<\/p>\n<p>All these objectives concern multiple people and multiple trades within a company: work supervisors, operations managers, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Monitoring is prepared upstream and enables better site management, in line with the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 A presentation of site objectives and work supervision.<br \/>\n\u2022 Specific objectives on the work site: deadlines, prices, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Definition of the missions and roles of the different stakeholders and trades intervening on the work site.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work and task planning: setting up schedules (workers, equipment).<br \/>\n\u2022 Work site pricing (workers, machines, supplies).<br \/>\n\u2022 Anticipation of site problems as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Dispatcher was created thanks to an observation: work site monitoring was no longer in keeping with current expectations and objectives.<\/p>\n<p>After a number of surveys and meetings with players in the sector, it was clear that the resources available to companies for efficient work site monitoring and management had become inadequate and obsolete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dispatcher therefore came into being with a very simple objective: to coordinate completion of the various construction stages.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No more Excel tables, paper documents, and lengthy processes.
